Loss of Control (LOC) occurs when an aircraft has deviated from its intended flight path, and the pilot is unable to maintain control of the aircraft. LOC is, by far, the leading cause of aircraft accidents. LOC is, by far, the leading cause of aviation incidents and accidents.
